Leftover Thanksgiving Sliders

1 12 pack Hawaiian sweet rolls

2ish cups leftover turkey

2ish cups leftover stuffing, mashed potatoes or both (1 cup of each)

1ish cup leftover cranberry sauce

6 slices of cheese, like provolone, havarti, swiss, etc.

2 tablespoons dijon mustard or spicy mustard

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1/4 cup butter, melted

sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning or other seeds

sprinkle of crispy onions

sprinkle of parmesan cheese

leftover gravy as a dipping sauce

1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Lightly oil baking sheet/dish.

2. Slice your Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise so there's a bottom sheet and top sheet.

3. Place the Hawaiian rolls bottom sheet onto the baking sheet/dish. Top with cranberry sauce, turkey, stuffing, and cheese. Spread dijon and mayonnaise onto the Hawaiian rolls top sheet and place on top of filling.

4. Melt butter and pour or brush over the rolls. Sprinkle with seasoning, seeds, cheese, or leave as is. Wrap with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and buns are a deep golden brown. Use leftover gravy as a dipping sauce. Serve and enjoy!
