Spicy Watermelon and Lime Popsicles

A summer-y, slightly spicy and extra refreshing snack that everyone can enjoy! These are SO fun and simple to make and super delicious. Turn my Cucumber Water and Mint Mocktail into popsicles too for some options friends!

Watermelons are basically all water (about 92%), which are great for hydration on a hot day. They are one of my favorite fruits to snack on. Story time... Watermelon juice was my culinary school chef's favorite drink.. if I wanted to brighten up his day (or score some extra brownie points), that's what I would make for him. I was inspired by my time in culinary school to create this fun, frozen snack.

Simple as 1, 2, 3. Place watermelon, jalapeño pepper, sugar and lime juice in a blender. Add this to your popsicle molds or, if you're going old school, Dixie cups. Place into the freezer and enjoy in a couple of hours. You can also drink this as is, add sparkling water or ginger beer to it, have fun with it!

Alriiiight, let me know when you make this!

1/4 cup sugar, optional
